This is a single garage build with space for a work shop. 5000 by 5500 in size. From the foundations we built up a double layer of block up to floor level then screed and floated the floor. We added a damp proof membrane to stop any rising damp. The outer brick skin is for detail and to match the house in style then the inner row of blocks will have a grey cladding like the house.
